What methods of payment are accepted?

- Payments are processed using Stripe.
Do you offer offer local delivery?
- Due to Covid-19 measures, we are now shipping all orders.
- Californian residents in the Los Angeles and San Diego areas receive their packages the next day after it’s shipped.
How are my items shipped?
- We offer nationwide 2 – 5 days shipping via United States Postal Services & UPS.
- Customers are responsible for shipping charges.
- Customers will receive a tracking number via email when your order is processed.
- Please allow 1 – 2 business days for order processing.
- Packages returned to our mailbox due to non-delivery will be automatically refunded minus shipping cost.
- If a tracking number is not sent within 5 business days, please contact us.
What is your return policy?
- All sales are final.
- For items cracked in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
